It’s decent for the price, honestly. I was kind of in a rush when I bought it, so maybe I didn’t compare as much as I should have, but overall it does the job. I just expected a little more for what I paid

I had a bad gut feeling as soon as the shoes arrived. The box didn’t look quite right, and the stitching on the shoes seemed a little off too. I reached out to ask if they were authentic, but the replies were vague and didn’t really reassure me. Maybe it’s just me, but I wouldn’t feel comfortable buying from here again.

I requested a refund and it took way too long to get a straight answer. Most of the replies from support felt like the same copy-paste message over and over, which made the whole back and forth even more frustrating. I did get the refund in the end, but the process was annoying and not something I’d want to deal with again

so, the tracking updates were delayed, which was a little frustrating, but the package did end up arriving eventually.

I’ve been trying to get a response from support, and absolutely no one is answering. It’s so frustrating it feels like I’m shouting into the void at this point

I tried Final Kick for an exchange and it was smooth overall. The steps were easy enough to follow, and like most online services these days, there was a bit of waiting, but my order did show up fine in the end.

I’m leaving 4 stars because support took longer than I would’ve liked to reply, though to be fair they did sort out my question once they got back to me. Seems like support everywhere is slow nowadays, but I’d still use them again if I needed to.

I had a frustrating time with Final Kick because the communication was really unclear. Most of the time I wasn’t sure what was going on, and when I reached out for answers, the replies were short and kind of confusing.
What made it worse was that support made me feel like the confusion was somehow my fault, like I should’ve already understood everything. Maybe it works fine for other people, but I just wanted simple updates and clearer answers, and instead I felt like I was left guessing the whole time.

I ordered my usual size from finalkick.me and yeah... these fit like they were a full size smaller. Not even kind of close, I could tell as soon as I put them on.

I actually looked at the size chart before ordering too, so I don’t feel like this was my mistake. The toe box was super tight and even the heel felt off, just uncomfortable all around.

I tried reaching out but it didn’t really get me anywhere. So now I’ve got a pair of shoes I can’t wear, and I wouldn’t trust their sizing again

I am giving it 4 stars because I still think a small discount or clearer fee breakdown would make the experience better. But overall, the pricing felt honest enough, and the way they presented it came across as reasonable rather than pushy.

I ordered from Final Kick the package arrived in terrible shape. The shoe box was crushed on one side, the corners were all bent up, and it seriously looked like it had been tossed around the whole way here. No extra padding or protection either, which made me think, come on now, at least try to keep the box from getting wrecked.

The items themselves were mostly okay, but for what I paid, I expected a lot more care with the shipping. First impression was not good at all, and it definitely made the whole order feel disappointing. I probably wouldn’t order again if this is how they’re going to ship things
